Laburnum House Lodge Hotel is proving very popular with anyone looking for a "Get Away from it all" holiday. Superb accommodation with excellent facilities, we are in Somerset's finest countryside yet only five minutes from the M5 motorway. The Huntspill River backs onto us, therefore making us the ideal location for anglers, but there is more, much more… We are situated in a little oasis, being 1000 yards from the sea, on the edge of a nature reserve, again only 1000 yards from the A38 which will lead you to Cheddar, Weston Super Mare, Wells and Bath which are all easily accessed from Laburnum House. Lovely walks abound, miles of flat land walking along riverbanks and the sea. Burnham on Sea (which lies 2 miles away( can boast of more than 6 miles of Sandy beaches. |
If a peaceful holiday is what you are after and you want to get away from it all look no further; you will be well looked after. We have an excellent restaurant and great pub grub, with weekly bbq's and pig roasts. Food here is what we do best. We are essentially a small complex set in a sleepy village.  There is quite a lot to do if you are the active sort or have children, but if you want to get away from it all you won't be disappointed. |
