The King's Head Story

The atmosphere is just how you imagine a rural pub to be, relaxed and unhurried.

"The other day, a friend and I decided to try out one of these rural pubs in Mid Wales, and ended up at the King's Head at Meifod where we enjoyed a quiet pub lunch and a good old natter. The pub stands in the centre of the village and looks like the typical country pubs you see in picture postcards.Ivy grows on the front of the stone building and the entrance portico looks and feels grand."
