| Welcome Welcome to Ivydene House, a Five Star and Silver Award winning Bed and Breakfast, as accredited by the English tourist board. Rosemary and Peter have been running Bed and Breakfast since 2004 and, whether you are dropping in for a quick overnight stop or planning a longer break, we hope you enjoy your stay with us. Ivydene House is a 200 year old red brick farmhouse in the centre of the tiny riverside village of Uckinghall. Ivydene House has two double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy a large country garden, pond and tennis court - local pub within easy walking distance. |  |
 | Room one - Double/twin Room one has a super king sized bed with a lovely feather topper to really sink into and crisp white sheets with loads of cushions. This room can be used as a twin if preferred. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, mini fridge and hopefully all the little luxuries you cam think of. The en-suite has a bath and a shower. |
| Room two - Double/family Room two has a king size bed. Beyond the bedroom is a small dressing room. You can escape here and relax on squidgy old leather armchairs for a read or some TV. The new shower room has limestone floor and underfloor heating. If you bring granny along and need another bed, we can put up an extra in the dressing room. As in room one, this room has tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, flat screen TV and all the little extras. |  |
 | Breakfast Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the garden, or outside on the patio on sunny summer mornings. Enjoy a full English breakfast with our own lovely free range eggs, local Tewkesbury sausages and bacon, homemade bread and preserves. Or perhaps try a vegetarian alternative with homemade granola and apricot and prune compote, freshly baked banana muffins or scones. |
| Relax Enjoy our candlelit sitting rooms. On cold winter nights the wood burning stove is always lit. Relax here by the fire, or go through to the little snug for a quiet read or a little TV. |  |
 | Explore In the summer you can stroll through two acres of gorgeous country gardens. You may like to sit quietly by the pond and watch the Moorhens flit in and out of the rushes, or take a rug and picnic on the lawn. There are plenty of spaces to hide away and finish a few more chapters. Walk down the Lavender path or check out the huge shrubbery. If you are feeling energetic you are most welcome to pick up a spade (!) or perhaps you might just prefer a few sets of tennis. |
