It is pleasantly situated approximately ten minutes walk from Sidmouth's elegant regency shops and sea front. Guests have direct access via a private gate to "The Byes" - a beautiful National Trust walk which follows the River Sid. The grounds offer seclusion in which to relax, enjoy a stroll or a round on the putting green with refreshments available throughout the day.
