Newly refurbished in 2008, the hotel offers 15 individually designed en-suite bedrooms, a resident’s lounge and a contemporary café.
The hotel itself is just a stones throw away from both the promenade and the centre of St. Annes and provides the perfect base to explore the area.

Rooms
Howarth House offers 15 bedrooms varying in size and style, to include single, double and family suites. Classic, contemporary and above all comfortable, each room has been individually designed so that each oneis unique.
Facilities
A resident’s lounge is situated at the front of the house in which guests can relax and enjoy a coffee whilst reading a paper or simply watching the world go by. The lounge area has WI FI connection so that the internet can be accessed at any time.
In addition to this Howarth House guests can enjoy unlimited access to the leisure facilities of a neighbouring hotel which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. Beauty treatments are also available at a local salon, with a special 10% discount for hotel residents.
Parking is provided at the front of the hotel.
Coffee Shop
Howarth’s Coffee Shop is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and serves delicious home cooked food from 8am in the morning for residents and 10 am for non residents. |
