Situated within walking distance of Chester city centre, No. 36 is a large Victorian house built in the 1850s. Although it retains most of its original features, the décor and furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are in a contemporary, uncluttered style, having been comprehensively modernised and refurbished recently.
 
All rooms are en-suite, with remote control televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. A full English or continental breakfast is included in the tariff shown. During the week evening meals may be made available by prior arrangement.
