Directions From M62
  1. Exit at junction 20 of M62
  2. Take M627 to Rochdale
  3. At end of M627 bare left at traffic lights – signposted Rochdale
  4. Right at next roundabout (3rd exit)
  5. Continue down the dual carriageway through 4 sets of traffic lights to the next roundabout with a church in the middle of it (do not include pedestrian crossings)
  6. Take first left on to the A671 sign posted BURNLEY
  7. Continue on this road for about one and a half miles until you come to a short dual carriageway (very short)
  8. After the dual carriageway the road bends sharply to the right (Healey Corner)
  9. Take the next right after the bend TONACLIFFE ROAD
  10. Take next right HIGHGATE LANE (sign high up on the lamp post)
  11. Continue up the lane (150yds) taking the second left after Highgate Farm - yards only (sign at bottom of drive HINDLE PASTURES)

With its 4 poster bed many guests favour this bedroom. It has views allowing you to enjoy the early morning sunrise over the pennine hills (Yes we do have the sun here some times).This room also benefits from a small wide screen TV/DVD with a Jacuzzi bath in the en-suite bathroom.

The Art deco inspired Dining room is set on the ground floor taking advantage of the cast iron spiral staircase on to the first floor gallery with original arched door openings giving views to the gardens to the front and the open court yard to the rear of the property. Both Breakfast and Dinner are taken communally on the single large table.
