Hill Farm is a stone farmhouse set in the middle of our 400 acre mixed farm with sheep and cattle, where you can be assured of a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. With outstanding westerly views and consequently beautiful sunsets over peaceful countryside offering the perfect location. Hill Farm is set in the south easterly corner of Warwickshire bordering the counties of Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

On your arrival enjoy a pot of tea and a slice of home-made cake after which you are free to explore the farm or perhaps stroll down to the Oxford Canal and then on to the picturesque village of Priors Hardwick.

You may of course simply wish to relax in the garden then visit one of the local Village Pubs, including the well renowned "Butchers Arms", for your evening meal, returning for a peaceful night's sleep.

ACCOMMODATION

We have 4 letting bedroms, 2 twin rooms - these rooms share a bathroom, and 1 family or double room with en-suite facilities and 1 single room.

All of our rooms have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and full central heating. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available upon request.

Eat breakfast at Hill Farm in the dining room which overlooks the garden and we can offer cereals, juice, a full English breakfast complete with our free range eggs, toast and a choice of tea or coffee.

If you would like to take home some of our produce, we do sell our free range eggs, home made cakes and lemon curd.

If you wish to indulge in local amenities there are plenty to choose from. Walking, playing tennis, riding, golf, canal trips, clay pigeon shooting, cycling and fishing are all available locally. Many of our guests totally unwind down here and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

LOCAL AREA

We are within driving distance of Warwick & Kenilworth with their historic castles, Leamington Spa, the historic market town of Stratford-upon-avon and all its Shakespearean connections and numerous pretty Warwickshire villages.

To the South lies Banbury, Oxford, Woodstock with Blenheim Palace and Broughton Castle.
To the West - the honey coloured towns and villages of the Cotswolds, the National Herb Centre, Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Gaydon Heritage Museum
To the North lies the NAC at Stoneleigh, Rugby, Birmingham,Warwick, Daventry, the NEC and Birmingham International Airport.
To the East lies Althorp and Silverstone Race Circuit.
Across the region are numerous National Trust properties for you to visit, Charlecote Park, Upton House, Canons Ashby, Farnborough Hall, Sulgrave Manor and many more.

For those with sporting connections, there are race courses at Stratford and Warwick. Point to Point meetings at Mollington or Ashorne. Polo matches at the Dallas Burston Polo Ground and Golf at Hellidon and Rugby Union at Northampton Saints. Horse Trials at Aston-Le-Walls.

DIRECTIONS TO HILL FARM

From the M40 (7 miles away) at Junction 12, take the B4100 towards Banbury, turn left to Northend, Fenny Compton and head through Wormleighton, turn left to Priors Hardwick and Hill farm is 1/4 mile before Priors Hardwick on the left.

From Banbury, take the A423 and after about 8 miles turn right towards and through Wormleighton, turn left to Priors Hardwick and Hill farm is 1/4 mile before Priors Hardwick on the left.

From M1, take Junction 16, to Daventry Take the A361, turn right at Charlwelton to Priors Marston onto Priors Hardwick through the village in the direction of Wormleighton, Hill Farm is 1/4 mile from Priors Hardwick on the right hand side.
