Set in 3 acres of delightful gardens and grounds. Hedgehog Corner is off the A35 on the B3165 to Lyme Regis in the hamlet of Burrowshot which lies in a wooded valley on the Devon/Dorset border. Forestry commission land opposite. BREAKFAST TIME AT HEDGEHOG CORNER A hearty country breakfast is served at the time that YOU choose. Award winning traditional farmhouse jumbo pork sausages along with home dry cured smoked bacon from Complete Meats are served with vine tomatoes from Millers Farm Shop and free range eggs delivered by Farmer Ody. Returning guests particularly enjoy Joy's fresh home made bread and marmalade along with her delicious home prepared museli. Vegetarians are also well catered for with a choice of goodies for breakfast. Local newspapers at breakfast.  THE BREAKFAST ROOM OVERLOOKING THE GARDENS. |
| THE RETREAT A delightful secluded suite for that special romantic break set within gardens for total privacy and uninterrupted peace and quiet. "The Retreat" has a brass bed, woodburner, independent heating, shower room en-suite with bathrobe, good supply of towels and bath sheets, flat screen digital TV, CD alarm clock radio, well stocked hospitality tray, mini fridge and fresh milk. There is also a small fully equipped kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and utensils for your convenience. The woodburner is ready for your immediate use and serviced daily.  The Retreat, which has its own garden area and picnic table, is situated conveniently to the main house for breakfast at the time that YOU choose. Access via flat walking surface and plenty of safe secure well lit parking. |
