| A warm welcome awaits you at Heath House. Built in 1854 this delightful early Victorian House set in 4 acres if garden has been our family home for over half a century and we take great pleasure in sharing it with our guests. We aim to provide excellent value at an affordable price for the business traveler, family and tourist. All our rooms are comfortably furnished with full central heating Television, tea and coffee tray. There is extensive parking and a lock up garage for cycles and motorbike. Children are welcome and there is wheelchair access to three ground floor bedrooms.  Breakfast, which is served in our lovely dining hall, is generous and freshly cooked to order, with our own free range eggs, farm sausages, cafffetiere coffee and fresh bread from our local master baker. There is also a choice of fresh fruit, baguettes and croissants for a lighter start to the day, ideally situated 1 ½ miles west of junction 40 M1 on the A638. Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Dewsbury are all an easy drive. |

| How to Find Us From M62 Leave M62 at Junction 25, follow Mirfield/Dewsbury signs (A644). Approaching Dewsbury (approx 4 miles from M62) on ring road follow A638 and M1 signs. Heath House is 1.5 miles from centre of Dewsbury on A638. You leave Dewsbury, travelling up a steep hill, after 1 mile there is a junction with traffic lights and Heath Cottage Hotel on your left. Go through these lights for 1/2 a mile. Heath House is on the left just before a large roundabout (20 yards)if you miss it turn at roundabout. From M1 Leave M1 at Junction 40 take A638 west signposted Dewsbury. Continue on dual carriageway 1.5 miles. At the roundabout go straight over still onto A638. Heath House is on the right, 20 yards from roundabout. Entrance to Heath House There is an illuminated sign at the entrance to the drive. Large car park to right.
