Heath Hall Farm is a converted stable building around a central courtyard set in its own farmland with cattle, sheep, ducks, geese, chickens (rare breeds), dogs and cats. Sukey and Anthony Langdale have been running this B&B for some years. The house is well appointed as a B&B as the bedrooms are situated around the courtyard so guests are totally unaware of each other's presence. Guests have breakfast in the homely kitchen with its Aga, or if there are several couples at weekends, guests can eat their breakfast in the conservatory or, weather permitting, the courtyard makes a perfect setting for breakfast in the sun.

Sukey and Anthony would like all their visitors to feel that the farm is "home from home", and expect to see everyone on a return visit. Anthony's French is good, German pretty poor - Sukey struggles along with her French but can get by very well and looks forward to Anthony helping her out! There is a tennis court for those with energy to spare. Dogs are welcome, but by prior arrangement only, please, as guests must understand that all the "fowl" are free range, meaning that there are chickens and ducks round your feet every time you step outside! |

Leaving the busy A3 contrasts with the peace and tranquility of the narrow sunken drive and takes the visitor from one life to another. The farm is situated equally between Heathrow and Gatwick airports which are about 45 minutes drive away (depending on traffic). Witley railway station is 4 miles and Guildford - trains for London are frequent) is only 20 minutes away. There is no bus service to the village, so a car is a must". |
