   | Facilities There are six rooms including two rooms with the option of bunk-beds in an adjoining room for families - all are en-suite with shower and toilet. Drinks making facilities are included in every room, along with a radio alarm clock, hair drier and colour T.V. All guests may choose from a variety of cooked breakfasts and are also welcome to help themselves to the cereals, juices and fruits on the table.There is a comfortable sitting area with views out to the decking and water-gardens where guests may sit and relax while watching the many fish in the pond which include Koi and Sturgeon. Ample off-road parking is provided. A heated swimming pool with a raised sun-bathing area is also available when and if the weather permits. However, if the weather is not permitting or you would like something a little more relaxing, there is also a steaming, bubbly hot-tub! Here we are below enjoying it... Although the pool is free, a small charge will made for the use of the hot-tub to help with cleaning and electricity costs. |

| There are many places for our guests to sit and relax when the weather is fine. Here's one of our dogs sitting and relaxing in the shade. It's a hard life! |  |
| The white Koi on the right here is called Caroline. We have two spectacularly large Sturgeon too which always surprise our guests. |  |
| To the right is the gentle cascade in our water-garden. We have a large variety of fish in the pond, along with many frogs (and the occasional heron!). |  |
