| A Charming Guest House situated in the Historic Georgian City of Bath Haydon House a beautiful Edwardian house situated in a quiet residential street in the historic Georgian City of Bath. Haydon House is a small and charming guest house, an oasis of tranquillity and elegance where high standards of hospitality prevail. It provides a memorable and secluded haven yet it is only ten minutes walk from the city centre with unlimited free parking outside.  It has five spacious and elegantly decorated rooms all with ensuite facilities furnished with every conceivable comfort. The four poster or canopied bedrooms all have garden or city views. Our a la carte breakfasts are of the highest quality, served in the elegant dining room overlooking the colourful terraced gardens. Haydon House has recently been awarded 5 Visit Britain Stars it is "AA Premier Selected" and features in the Good Hotel Guide, Which? Guide and Best Loved Hotels. |
| Our Rooms Haydon House has five rooms all of which are elegantly furnished to a very high standard. Every conceivable comfort is offered in the Laura Ashley decorated ensuite bedrooms, including four-poster and canopied beds, with colour television hairdryers, books, magazines and a generous hospitality tray with delicious home made shortbread. All our rooms are centrally heated making them very cosy in the winter. Haydon House is a non smoking establishment, the rooms are exquisitely clean and as we strive to make the environment as congenial as possible we use ecologically sound cleaning products. | Breakfast Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room where you can enjoy the congenial atmosphere of our large dining table. We use the finest quality and where possible local ingredients.  We serve a wide range of cereals, tropical fresh fruit salad, homemade fruits en compote and preserves. We offer full English breakfast comprising high quality sausages, rashers of juicy bacon, organic free range eggs, hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms. We always use local ingredients where possible. Accompanied by a choice of wholemeal or crusty white toast. If a full English breakfast is not too your taste we also offer delicious smoked salmon and free range eggs, cooked to your liking accompanied by wholemeal bread, why not try our famous porridge served with Scotch Whiskey or Golden Rum and muscavodo sugar. Eggs Benedict is another firm favourite amongst our guests as are the pancakes with maple syrup. All these are served with fresh filter coffee and a selection of fine teas. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know. The elegant dining room and lounge are always open to guests to entertain friends or family. |
| Location and Directions We are situated ten minutes walk from the centre of Bath, or just a very short bus ride away, making it a perfect location close to the centre yet perfectly peaceful and secluded.
