| We invite you to spend a relaxed night or two with us at Harvest House, a lovely early 1900's rectory, a few minutes walk from the centre of the idyllic seaside village of Milford on Sea. Whether as just an affordable luxury after an hectic working week; a visit to our wonderful national park; bird watching on the acclaimed Pennington marshes; or a host of other reasons, B and B doesn't come much better. Harvest House also offers some glorious views with panoramas stretching down to the Solent and across to the Isle of Wight. On a clear day, Portsmouth's Spinnaker Tower is visible, and at night the lights of the Lymington ferry, the local fishing fleet, and many other sailing vessels twinkle across the water. If you choose our Attic room, you can also catch a glimpse of the Needles and Christchurch Bay. |
| Bedrooms Your comfort is our priority. Whether choosing a twin bedded room or one of our queen sized doubles, luxury cotton bed linen, generous fluffy towels, and bathrobes come as standard. DAB radio / CD player, are again standard, as is, of course, the facility to make a pot of tea or a cafetiere of coffee. And some of our sunrises...I think you may agree ...are quite spectacular. |

| Facilities Adjacent arable farmland allows the occasional deer and sometimes a badger to visit. A small lily pond attracts damsel and dragonflies. Informal grounds offer places for guests to sit and relax in the sunshine (please order when booking...sun that is...). Secure off road parking for cars and motorbikes, with sheltered storage for bicycles; even room for a sailing dinghy (if you have one)! Should you wish to watch television, we have a comfortable sitting room with a log fire for those cooler evenings. Wi-fi ...to keep in touch with the outside world ... |
| Tariff £76.00-£80.00 per room per night. Minimum two night stay We ask guests to kindly advise us of their expected time of arrival, and any changes that may occur. Otherwise we will expect guests between four and seven p.m. Terms and conditions of cancellation We reserve the right to charge for accommodation in full, if less than 48hours notice of cancellation is given. We reserve the right to retain the 20% deposit if cancellation is made within 21 days of the booking. If we are able to fill the accommodation there will be a small fee charged to cover administration costs and any other monies will be refunded. Damage We know that damage is never intentional but sometimes accidents do happen. In the event that we have to have, for example, the carpet cleaned, or bedding specially cleaned or renewed, or accidental breakages necessitate replacements, we reserve the right to charge accordingly.
