| Hampton Manor is set over two acres amidst tranquil countryside bordering Devon and Cornwall. Ideal for exploring West Devon and East Cornwall, we are also mid-way between the north and south coasts with their distinctly different coastlines.Each is within easy reach- as is the Eden project. There are also many interesting Gardens and National Trust Properties within easy reach, and the historic city of Plymouth is just over an hour away. There are a number of pleasant walks from Hampton Manor down to the River Tamar-border of the two counties, while to the east, more challenging walks await among the Tors of Dartmoor. But for peace and seclusion you may wish to go no further than the sun lounger in one of the sheltered recesses of the garden a chair in the conservatory or a sofa in front of a log fire in the lounge. Rob and Helen are delighted to be able to offer you quality accommodation, food and service at an affordable price. With only six spacious guest bedrooms, you can be assured of the peace and privacy that you are likely to be seeking if you come to this rural sanctuary. Although there is adequate space in our lounge, dining room and conservatory for all our guests, you may wish to spend some time alone with the Lord in our little Chapel, or to read a book in one of the summerhouses. The upper room which is big enough to cater for small conferences of 40+, is usually available and is ideally suited for children to play in if the weather is wet, whilst you don't need to be a child to play croquet, boules or many other family games in the grounds.
