- The hotel is situated very close to Plymouth University and Plymouth Medical School
- We are the closest hotel to Plymouth railway station.
- The hotel is within a few minutes walk from the main City Centre.
- Car parking for at least six cars. As many guests come by rail, this is generally more than adequate.
- If not, parking is free on road after 5pm (metered bays) until 10am, except Sunday, when it’s free!
- You can also use the residents parking, where it is free after 7pm and before 9am, free on Sundays.
- All double and twin rooms are fully en suite.
- All bedrooms in our hotel are NO SMOKING rooms, which the vast majority of our guests prefer.
- There is a TV in every room (colour).
- There are tea and coffee making facilities in all bedrooms.
- Most of the hotel clientele are from recommendations or repeat bookings.
