| Hotel Originally built in 1879 this beautiful 28 bedroomed Victorian property was formally used as a private residential dwelling before being transformed into the Grosvenor Hotel in 1990. Whilst becoming the new owners in September 2008, you hosts Paul, Lindsey and their team are still working hard to improve the comfort and quality of your stay. Currently operating on a bed and breakfast basis, a full local sourced breakfast menu is included in your overnight price and staff can certainly recommend many high quality restaurants all within close walking distance. Our guest lounge also hosts a fully stocked licensed bar and includes a 37 inch plasma tv and free unlimited wireless broadband internet access for the use of all guests. Being centrally located is also of great convenience with stunning Plymouth Hoe just 50 yards away. Theatre, Plymouth Pavilions and town centre just a few hundred yards away. The ferry port 0.4km, railway station and University 0.6 KM and Plymouth airport 4km are also all within easy access. |

| Rooms All of our 28 bedrooms are fully en suite with toilet, wash basin and shower, with most also having a bath tub. Towels, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries are also provided. New digital flatscreen televisions have been installed in all rooms and provide approx 40 freeview channels as well as radio and alarm clock feature. Tea and coffee making facilities (with nice big mugs!) are also standard in each room. Iron and ironing board facilities are available from reception. Wireless reception is excellent throughout the entire hotel. All our rooms are up at least one flight of stairs with unfortunately no lift available.
