   | Room Facilities Our four en suite rooms have a TV DVD player and free WiFi just bring along your laptop! There are other things we have provided for your stay with us tea and coffee making facilities hairdryer shaving point fresh towels toiletries, maps and a room information booklet with information about York. Also an iron and ironing board is available for use upon request. All our four rooms maintain the same feel throughout using the same textiles and colour schemes to give our rooms a warm and rich feel helping to make your stay an enjoyable one. Prices and Availability Our prices range from £32.00 - £40.00 per person per night. We have three double rooms but one of these rooms can also act as a family room and twin ensuite room. But please give us a call or use our online booking facility located on our website for up to date price details. We do offer special offers throughout the year but please contact us for further details. If your check in time changes just let us know as this would be greatly appreciated. Check out times on the day of your departure is 10 am.Breakfast Options Our breakfasts have been recognised by Deliciously Yorkshire for sourcing five local ingredients to add to our menu. We offer the most popular full English to many other lighter alternatives. But we are only happy to cater for those people with allergies such as gluten wheat and dairy free vegans and vegetarians. However please feel free to contact us should you have any special requirements we have not mentioned. Additional Information We are a non smoking establishment in line with the new legislations and fire regulations. Smoking is permitted to the exterior of the property. With regards to our cancellation policy as soon as you make a booking if you cancel a first nights stay will be charged to you. If you cancel within five days to go of your stay you will be charged for your whole stay.
