It is three and a half miles south of Keswick, ideally situated for fell walking, climbing and touring the Lake District.

Midweek Mon-Thurs £25 - £30 per person per night.

The rooms in the house are spacious and comfortable. All en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radios. Superior rooms have lake views and TV.

Our guests are offered a tray of tea on arrival. Breakfast is full English or vegetarian

Maiden Moor Cottage

Enjoy peace and tranquility in Greenbank's grounds staying in a self-catering cottage. Maiden Moor Cottage is set on the hillside with stunning views of Catbells, Maiden Moor and high Spy. Derwentwater can be seen from Greenbank.

The Cottage is spacious and well equipped with a large open plan kitchen/dining-cum-lounge. It is comfortably furnished and has TV, radio and with ceramic hob, dishwaser. Microwave and fridge.The cottage has full heating (no meters) a garden and car parking. All electricity, linen and towels are included. 2 bathrooms

Rockery Cottage

Rockery Cottage is a superbly situated modern cosy cottage set on the hillside in Greenbank's grounds. It is surrounded by outstanding fell views.

The Cottage is owner maintained and is well equipped and comfortably furnished. It has its own garden with parking.

The large open plan dining Kitchen-cum-lounge is upstairs with windows on all three sides giving fantastic views. The cottage is centrally heated (no meters) with additional electric fire, TV and radio. Kitchen equipment includes cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

There is one double bedrooms and bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed if required.

All linen and towels are provided.

To find Greenbank take B5289 out of Keswick for approximately 3½ miles, the lane to Greenbank will be found on the left hand side of the road after the Borrowdale Hotel.
