| We are a small family run guest house with only five rooms 2 singles and three others which may be used as twins, doubles or family rooms. We charge the same price all year round i.e. no increase during Bank Holidays and Christmas, Child reductions available when sharing with two adults. |  |

| We aim to make your stay home from home All rooms have hot and cold water, central heating, double glazing with tea and coffee facilities and colour TV's with video channels plus a clock radio alarm. |
| Fresh Home Cooking Our Breakfast's will set you up for the day, as we only serve freshly cooked food. A full English breakfast i.e. fruit juice and cereals followed by Grilled Bacon, sausage and tomato with baked beans, mushrooms and egg (as you like them) also plenty of tea, coffee, toast, marmalade and jam. Situated on Isaac's Hill and on a main bus route to Grimsby, we are only a short distance from the Sea front, Railway Station, Sussex Recreation Ground, Memorial Hall, Town Centre, Deep Water Experience, Pier and Gardens. Buses also run from Sea Road to the Leisure Centre, Boating Lake, Discovery Centre and Pleasure Island Theme Park. The area is also an excellent base to tour the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire Wolds travelling via the Humber Bridge. |
