Facilities
Both the Lounge and Dining Room are stylishly furnished and have seating for four people - ideal rooms to unwind at the end of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent utility room leading to a rear courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast on sunnier days!
The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Both bedrooms are spacious and cheerfully decorated in a contemporary style - bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a double bed however either rooms can be twin bedded.
Rooms can be set as doubles or twins.

Conditions of Booking
1. DEPOSIT
A deposit of £150.00 is payable at the time of booking
2. BALANCE
Your rental charge, less the deposit, is due 6 weeks prior to booking.
3. CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel, the balance of the rental charge remains due unless your arrival date is at least 8 weeks from the date of cancellation or unless it is possible to relet the house on the same basis. On no occasion is the deposit refundable. We advise you seek insurance cover for unforeseen circumstances.
4. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Checkout time is 10am. Arrival is usually between 4pm and 6pm however this may be flexible on request.
5. OCCUPANCY
The house is suitable for no more than 4 people - all guests staying must be detailed when the booking is made.
6. CARE & CLEANLINESS
Please note that all damage and breakages must be paid for and reported immediately. Equipment used should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
7. LIABILITY
We cannot accept liability for loss of, or damage, to the Hirer's property, baggage or possessions.
8. PETS
We regret we cannot accept pets. |

Rental prices of the Gisborough range from £290 to £750 per week
Weekend breaks from £150.00
Peak times vary due to Harrogate's busy Conference & Exhibition trade however special breaks are available throughout the year
Arrival days are flexible and we will do our best to accommodate your plans
Rates for stays less than 7 days may not be reduced during busy Conference dates |

Unwind in the Turkish Baths or visit the beautiful Valley and Harlow Carr Gardens not to mention, of course, a trip to the famous Betty's Tea Rooms! Nearby visit York, Harewood House, Fountains Abbey and Castle Howard or simply take in the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales. |

From the A1 (Knaresborough) take the A59 into Harrogate.
Follow the signs for A59 Skipton, turn left into Kings Road.
