Welcome to the Genevieve Hotel, we are located in the fashionable area of Kemptown, literally a stones throw from the seafront and Brighton Pier, within easy access to many pubs & restaurants as well as being close to the shops, the famous lanes and conference centres.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a non smoking establishment.

The Hotel

A Regency grade II listed building offering unusually large rooms for a Brighton guesthouse with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Big beds are our hallmark so why not spoil yourself and try one of our luxury rooms, either the Super Kingsize balcony room with a full size 6ft wide bed or one of the 4-poster rooms with a solid wood 5ft Kingsize 4-poster bed, these rooms have luxury furnishings and complimentary toiletries.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our basement dining room from 8.15 to 9.15am during the week, then 8.45 to 9.45am at weekends. We offer the choice of an English buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, Heinz baked beans & tomatoes or a Continental breakfast with croissants, grapefruit segments and a selection of fresh fruit both served with cereals, fruit juice, tea, coffee, toast and preserves.

The Rooms

All our rooms have either a full en suite shower or bath & WC or a private shower & WC located just outside the room. Also all rooms have remote control colour TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and extensive hospitality tray. Some rooms on the front of the hotel have great views from their bay window looking down the street towards the sea and the Brighton Pier.
