| Foxes is a 5 star silver award bijou family run bed and breakfast. We are perfect for business people and tourists. Our location is ideal as a base for exploring Poole with its stunning beaches and harbour and the spectacular Dorset countryside and Jurassic coast. We are ideally situated for the Wind and Kite Surfing Schools, Poole Park and the Quay, Yacht Clubs, Parkstone and Broadstone Golf Clubs, East Dorset Tennis and Croquet Club, and Poole Ferry Terminal. We are a 5 minute stroll from the trendy village of Ashley Cross where you can enjoy the restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries, and the village green. A pleasant stroll through Poole Park will take you onto the quay where you will find various restaurants and pubs and boat trips around Poole Harbour and the islands. We are close to bus routes and Parkstone Railway Station (5-10 minute walk) and Poole Station (5 minute taxi drive). We are a 10 minute drive from Bournemouth. We are unable to offer accommodation for children or for pets. Non smoking. Off road parking. |

Complimentary tea and coffee with homemade cake and biscuits. The rooms have:- Tea and coffee making facilities. Mini fridge with fresh milk and filtered water. Free view television, digital radio and alarm clock. Hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries, magazines. Wireless internet connection (subject to laptop compatibility). Breakfast served from 7:30 am to 9am English or Continental. Early breakfast by arrangement. Packed continental breakfast for early morning ferry travellers. Breakfast includes organic and locally sourced produce, homemade bread and preserves. Hanging/drying facilities for wet gear from sailing/ windsurfing and walking. Secure garage for bikes/surfboards. Bike hire is available locally. |

Bank Holidays - minimum stay 2 nights Payment only by cash or cheques (payable to Mrs S Fox) supported with a cheque card A non returnable deposit may be required to secure the room Directions By Road If approaching from the west using the A35 or A350 follow signs to Poole, then Bournemouth, you will reach the Civic Centre Junction, take the Sandbanks / Beaches exit, 13 Sandbanks Road is the second house (painted yellow) on the left, look out for our sign "Foxes". If driving from Sandbanks or Canford Cliffs, follow signs to Poole /Town Centre until you go under a red brick railway bridge, then continue past Orchard Avenue on the left, and then look out for our sign "Foxes" on the right, 2 houses before the traffic lights. If approaching from the east, (London, Southampton) follow the signs to Bournemouth via M3, M27, A31, at Ringwood take the A338 to Bournemouth (not Poole), then follow signs to Poole using the A35, follow signs to Poole, then Parkstone, you will reach the Civic Centre Junction, take the Sandbanks / Beaches exit, 13 Sandbanks Road is the second house (painted yellow) on the left, look out for our sign "Foxes". By Train Fast London or Weymouth trains stop at Poole Station; we are a 5 minute taxi ride from there. Slow trains also stop at Parkstone Station. We are a 10 minute walk from there. There is only one exit from the station, from London you go over the pedestrian bridge before exiting. Turn left out of the station and walk down the road (Station Road) to the junction at the end of the green. Go left at the junction and on to the traffic lights. Turn left at the lights in to Britannia Road. Walk to the end of Britannia Road and turn right into Sandbanks Road. Walk on the right hand side of the road and look out for our sign "Foxes" 2 houses before the traffic lights. By Coach We are a 5 minute taxi ride from Poole bus station. |
