Fleatham House has provided exclusive accommodation for politicians and the business community for almost half a century.

At Fleatham House, our Western Lake District b&b accommodation, we have six guest bedrooms available; three doubles and three singles.

The two double rooms are to the front of the house overlooking the gardens and St. Bees head.
All other rooms either overlook the wooded gardens or open countryside.

All bedrooms have the following facilities:
Tea / Coffee making facilities, shaver points, hairdryers, television, clock alarm, direct dial telephone and writing desk.

Our Restaurant:

The large dining room / breakfast room overlooks the patio to the front of the house. Early evening the sun beams through the patio doors on the parquet floors and wooden panelling.

Breakfast:

For breakfast we offer a hearty Cumbrian cooked breakfast, which includes Cumberland sausage, black pudding, dry cured bacon, mushrooms, eggs, fried bread & grilled tomato.

However, we also offer a wide range of alternatives for breakfast including cereal, yoghurt, grapefruit, local smoked haddock / kippers and vegetarian sausage & bacon.

Dining:

Evening meals are available to residents only from Monday to Thursday evening inclusively.

Facilities:

When you arrive at Fleatham House you will be offered complimentary tea and homemade cake in the lounge where you can relax and unwind after your day.
You may watch television, read the newspapers and magazines.

As we are fully licenced you may also use this room whilst enjoying a drink from the bar.

Fleatham House is set in several acres of gardens, which you are free to roam the only sound to disturb you is that of the birds.

During the Spring and Summer months the gardens come alive with colour both from the trees and borders.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. All major credit / debit cards accepted.

If you would like to make a reservation a credit card number will be required to secure your booking. 48 hours notice must be given on all cancellations to avoid any charges or full payment is required.

Visitors are requested to arrive after 4pm and Checkout at 11am. Although we are happy to arrange an earlier check in time if sufficient notice is given.
