The Five Bridges Cottages are a cosy year round holiday base equipped to a very good standard.Ideally situated for exploring Hereford, Worcester, Ledbury, Malvern, Gloucestershire, the Welsh Borders and many places of historical interest.  Nestled in the heart of the Herefordshire cider apple and hop growing region, the cottages are set within the owners 4-acre gardens and small holding where they breed free range lambs and chickens and grow chemical free vegetables and herbs. |
ACCOMMODATION The cottages are all on the ground floor. Open plan lounge and kitchen with beamed ceilings and ceramic tiled floors, all the cottages have a double bedroom with 5ft bed, with a bed-settee in the lounge in some. |
| FOR YOUR COMFORT All fuel, power and bed linen (duvet) & towels are included. Well-equipped kitchen including electric hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator and icebox. Colour TV, electric iron & board, hair dryer, shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample parking and shared garden.  The cottages were formed from part of our Grade 11 listed building and have been sympathetically converted into spacious self contained cottages which sleep 2 to 3 persons. |
NOT SO FAR AWAY There are the market towns of Ledbury and Bromyard. You can stretch your legs on the Downs at Bromyard, a National Trust woodland, and Lower Brockhampton all offering good walking with unrestricted access. |
| LOCAL TRANSPORT AND SHOPPING For those that want to use the local transport there are regular buses that stop at the end of the road, or are available in Bishops Frome  (1 mile) the train stations are located in Ledbury (7 miles) or Hereford (12 miles). For local shopping The Post Office and Store in Bishops Frome (1 mile), Newtown Garage & Spar Shop at Newtown Cross (3 miles), and a Tesco Supermarket in Ledbury (7 miles). |
| HOW TO FIND US The Five Bridges Cottages are located off the A4103 main road from Worcester to Hereford. If you approach us from the motorway, leave the M5 at junction 7 follow the signs to Hereford on the A4103 as you descend down Frome Hill the entrance to the Cottages, is the second on the right. We are approximately 15 miles from Worcester and 12 miles from Hereford. |
