Chef Alan Gleeson and his team craft the finest seafood and freshest ingredients into an a la carte menu that will define their position as the region's innovators. Centre stage is the 8 course tasting menu that offers a different wine with each course. The three course fixed price lunch menu £21.50 is an absolute must for all gastronomes to experience. Over 200 wines are on the list and 26 wines available by the glass all stored in wine caves available for guests' inspection.
The Fish House - elegant, sophisticated and beautiful, yet with a refreshing simplicity.
"When the team and I planned the creation of The Fish House, we did so recognising that the kitchen is the engine room which drives the venue. We have succeeded in creating a kitchen with a complement of staff capable of producing the finest food you'll likely to find anywhere, of that I'm confident. It's through our commitment to quality and culinary excellence that we'll deliver a memorable experience, for those choosing to dine at The Fish House." David Barnard |
