| We have 3 en-suite rooms. KADINA - with King Size Bed, shower & toilet. FOXTON with double bed, bath & overhead shower & toilet. AKAROA with double bed, shower & toilet. All rooms have Freeview t.v. Tea & Coffee facilities are available in our dining room, where there are comfortable chairs, books & games, colour t.v. & a large table for guests use. There is ample easy car parking in the front garden. |

| Tariff Our prices for 2008 - Will be constant all year  All rooms are one price and are fully inclusive of English Cooked Breakfast Single Occupation - £27 per night Double Occupation - £48 per night We are very sorry but we do not take credit / debit cards |
| Dining Room In the evenings guests are welcome to bring their 'take-aways'. We are happy to provide all plates and cutlery necessary for use in our dining room. |
| Leaving the dining room through the patio doors we have a pleasant area for the use of guests on those warm summer evenings. |
Breakfast Fruit Juice, a good choice of cereals (including home mixed muesli), tinned fruit and yogurts. Bread Basket - Home made bread & cake. Bread rolls, crisp breads etc., (all dependant on availability). English Cooked - Grilled Bacon & Sausage Free Range Egg - Fried, scrambled or poached Tomato & Mushroom Alternatives can be: Eggs or Baked Beans or Tomatoes or Mushrooms on Toast or Boiled Eggs. Toast to follow - White or Wholemeal Marmalade, Jams & Honey - Located at the 'Breakfast Bar' Filtered Coffee - Please help yourself Or a Pot of Tea (Instant Decaffeinated Coffee can be provided on request) |
| Keynsham Keynsham town has a Leisure Centre approx ½ mile away. It also has a very pleasant park, through which runs the River Chew. There are pubs with restaurants nearby & Keynsham town has a selection of varied food outlets. There are many country pubs within easy reach & an enormous selection of restaurants etc., in Bath & Bristol. Places of Local Interest:

| Location We are located in the beautiful Avon Valley midway between Bristol & Bath and have easy access to the Cotswolds and Mendip areas. Bus stops are within 100 metres to both Cities. Both are reachable by car within 30 minutes. Park & Ride facilities for both Cities are available as you approach from our home. Please note we are a NON-SMOKING home. Thank you. |
