Welcome
Established in 1985, this family-owned bed & breakfast is now managed by the founders' son and daughter-in-law. We have taken the opportunity to completely modernise the guest house to a very high standard, including all the comforts the modern traveller would expect.
We have four bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, flat screen digital TVs and complimentary wireless broadband internet access. Breakfast is included and we offer a variety of options alongside the traditional full English cooked breakfast.
The guest house is situated just 1.5 miles from Weston-super-Mare town centre and its famous seafront, close to the M5 and to Weston Milton railway station.We offer free on-site parking for guests. |
Accommodation
We have four bedrooms, each with modern decoration, en-suite shower rooms, flat screen digital TVs, complimentary wireless broadband internet, hairdryers and tea and coffee facilities.
Room One is a family room comprising a kingsize bed and an additional single bed
Room Two is also a family room comprising a kingsize bed and a single bed with the option for an additional single bed if required
Room Three is a double room with a standard double bed
Room Four comprises twin beds with the option to convert into a super-kingsize bed if required |
Room Rates
Bed and breakfast accommodation from £28 per person per night.
Single person rate from £35 per person per night.
Check-in after 3pm. Check-out by 10:30am.
Children under 12 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. Unfortunately we do not have facilities to cater for children under 3 years old.
A 25% booking deposit applies and we require 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged for one night's accommodation.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the guest house. Sorry no pets.
