| There are a variety of local pubs and restaurants in the local vicinity, (the White Swan in the picturesque neighbouring village of Llanfrynach, boasts a reputation for excellent food!) with local cinema, theatre and sports facilities in Brecon. Directions: within 1 mile south-east of the Brecon B4501 roundabout on the A40 by-pass, take the A40 Brecon to Abergavenney dual carriageway. At the first turning left take the B4558 over the narrow River Usk bridge, signposted Llanfryanch/Cantref. Bear first right, and after a short distance first right again to Abercynrig. Almost immediately, on a sharp left-hand bend, go straight across the road and into Abercynrig private drive. Felindre Cottage is situated a couple of hundred yards to your left beside the old mill. |
