This Guest House is a family run business that offers its guests a warm and welcoming environment in safe surroundings. The property in a spacious London Victorian house built in 1886, which has retained many of its original features. The Guest House is situated along the A2 road from Central London to Dover. It's ideal location make this guest house a unique place to stay for visitors to Central London, on business, pleasure and touring at affordable prices for Central London prices. The property has recently been refurbished to high standard.

The owners are friendly and very hospitable people who think of the comfort of others in a homely surrounding. We do not prepare cooked breakfast (which can be had from the café opposite between 06:00 am & 3:00 pm) but provide milk and cereals. However, we can prepare evening meals by request at reasonable rates, having said that, there are a variety of take-away food shops (such as Morley Fried chicken; West Indian Take away, Kebab, Chinese and of course the breakfast café) just 1-2 minutes away from the house. We have a "NO Smoking" policy in the building under current UK Laws and there is ample parking for 7 cars on the forecourt.

There are excellent and convenient transport links to Central London and Dover. We are in zone 2 of the Transport System Network, approximately 10 minutes by train to Central London & London Bridge from Queens Peckham Road station and New Cross Station East London line. There is also a convenient transport connection to and from London Airports (Heathrow & Gatwick), City, Luton and Stanstead and many major London Train Stations serving the South East etc.

The following facilities are available in the house at the quoted rates:

Kettle for making Tea/Coffee (tea bags, coffee & sugar provided).
Cereals & Milk for making Breakfast.
Iron and ironing board.
Micro-wave cooker.
All rooms have colour TV/ radio, alarm clock, fridge and hair dryer.
One room has an en-suite; others have own shower & toilet allocated; other rooms have allocated showers but have to share toilet.
Fresh clean towels (large & small)
Gas central heating and each room has a door lock and key
Limited free local evening calls from 6:00pm to 07:00 am.

Fax Services (anywhere in the world @ 1p per minute
Service Laundry for a small fee of £5 per basket (loose not compact)
Free Internet Access & wireless broadband service
Black & Colour Photocopying (10p for B&W and 15p for colour)
Free international Calls at weekends to Canada, USA, Northern Ireland, some European Countries and reduced rates to South Africa and other countries. All other calls have to be paid for at the providers bill of cost (we do not make any profit from this service)

Rates per night per room
with no more than 2 adults maximum.

Single Room with double bed: £25 per room (extra person £10 per night)
Double Rooms with double beds: £35 per room (extra person £10 per night).
En-suite Double Room: £40 per room max two adults (extra person £10 per night)
En-suite Family Room: £55 per family of 2 adults & 2 or less children/child.

Discount available for long stay.

We accept the following method of Payments: Cash; Bank Draft/ Cheques (with guarantee card)

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £20 per room per night is required to reserve the room.
