Our rooms are priced according to size and situation - hence the wide price range. All the above rates are per person per night and include VAT.
Deposit from £30 per adult - this is non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, cancellation before this will incur a £10 per personhandling charge.
Children When sharing with 2 Adults - FREE accommodation, the only charge is for Breakfast at £9.50 - £11.50 per child plus the cost of any food ordered. Cots are available at £4.00.
Dogs are welcome but not allowed in public Rooms or left unattended in Bedrooms.

Hotel Facilities
The 30 en suite Bedrooms are all equipped with Hair Dryers, Trouser Presses, Complimentary Hospitality Tray (on request), Central Heating, Colour Televisions, Radio, Direct Dial telephones incorporating a baby listening facility.
The small, but well equipped Conference Room (up to 45 people) is on the 1st floor with separate side entrance.
Limited laundry services are available.
The following sports and pastimes are available locally - Golf, Gliding, Horse Riding, Pony Trekking, Diving, Loch or Sea Fishing, Sailing, Water Ski-ing, Ten Pin Bowling and Outdoor Karting.
A slip way, adjacent to the gardens, opposite the Hotel is suitable for launching small boats.
Swimming Tralee Breach is 4 miles from the hotel , there is a modern indoor swimming pool in Oban.
Hill Walking, Climbing, and Forest walks - The mountains of Glen Etive, Ben Nevis and Glencoe are not more than an hour's drive from the Hotel.
Places of Interest - Isle of Mull, Iona Abbey, Staffs and Fingal's Cave, Inverary Castle and also several beautiful gardens and historic castles.
Rainy day suggestions - Cruachan Dam and Power Station, Oban Distillery. Sea Life Centre and many Craft and Heritage Centres.
Transport - Connel Railway Station is 100 yards from the Hotel. There is a local bus service to Oban which is only five miles away. Local Taxis are always available for long and short excursions and, for something 'Special', our Rolls Royce can be arranged.
We reserve the right to increase the rates should inflation make this necessary.
