The Fairfield is a detached Georgian / Victorian house and is centrally situated in a quiet residential area of Montrose. The Fairfield is an ideal accommodation location whether your needs are for leisure, sporting, or business needs. There is off street parking and we can also provide secure parking for guest's cycles / motor-cycles. Fairfield Guest House is spacious, attractively decorated and furnished. All rooms are En-suite, with colour TV, fridge and tea coffee making facilities. The attractive landscaped gardens can be used by guests for relaxation.

There are many attractions in and around Montrose and the Angus area. When you arrive we can give you all sorts of information on the many varied attractions on offer.

Rooms

There are single/double/twin and family rooms available. All of our rooms are en-suite and come with colour TV, and tea/coffee making facilities as standard. For your extra convenience there is a full sized fridge in each room.

The Guest House has been recently refurbished and you will find that the en-suite facilities are modern and spacious.

A full Scottish, Continental, Vegetarian or special request breakfasts are normally served between 7:00 and 8:30 in our attractive dining room. However we frequently have guests request an early breakfast time, we are more than happy to cater for this as we realise that guests do have early starts for work commitments, sporting activities or days out, etc.

Rates

Rates are per person and inclusive of a full Scottish breakfast.

From £30 for a single occupancy.
From £22.50 - £30.00 sharing a double / twin / family room.

How to find us

COMING FROM THE NORTH... Coming from the north on the A92 the main coast road from Aberdeen, or on the A937 from Laurencekirk, once in Montrose after the second set of traffic lights take the second left turn into Rosehill Road and then the first immediate right turn onto The Mall which is the tree lined avenue running parallel to Northesk road, you will find Fairfield half way along on the left hand side.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH... Coming from the south on the A92 the main coast road from Dundee, or the A934 from Forfar, once in Montrose follow the signs to the Town centre, proceed along the High Street and Murray Street and after passing the 3rd set of traffic lights take the second right turn into North Street and then the first immediate left turn onto The Mall which is the tree lined avenue running parallel to Northesk road, you will find Fairfield half way along on the right hand side.

COMING FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH via BRECHIN on the A935... Coming from north or south on the A90 which is the main inland road running between Aberdeen and Dundee at Brechin take the A935 to Montrose. Once in Montrose after the first set of traffic lights turn to the right onto Northesk Road then take the second left turn into Rosehill Road and then the first immediate right turn onto The Mall which is the tree lined avenue running parallel to Northesk road, you will find Fairfield half way along on the left hand side.
