Our family run Guest House is located opposite the East Beach in Littlehampton which has a European Blue Flag safety award, where you can enjoy fabulous ocean views from our recently renovated dining room whilst enjoying a sumptuous cooked English breakfast.

We are just a five minute stroll from Littlehampton shopping mall and a few minutes from the ever popular Arun river frontage with a variety of eateries from traditional English fish and chips to Thai cuisine. There is the Harbour Amusement Park across the road also the oyster boating pond. Take a walk along the river and beach front and enjoy an ice cream with the children at one of the many kiosks.
We are conveniently located for visiting the beautiful historic castle town of Arundel whether you are a keen walker getting there along the banks of the Arun is one way or in the summer months take a cruise boat, alternatively by bus, train or drive. We are within close proximity for classic car and horse racing events at world renowned Goodwood, and equally, we are a short drive or train ride to Worthing and Chichester, with shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and cinemas.

| Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, beautifully tiled with modern equipment they are centrally heated and hair dryers are provided in each room. You can enjoy tea, coffee and hot chocolate with a biscuit in the room and then lie back and watch TV on our wall-mounted flat screen free view TV's. |
Breakfast
Served between 7:30am and 9:30am weekdays and 8:30am and 10:00am on weekends.
Guests can help themselves to a choice of fruit juice, prunes or grapefruit.
A range of cereals is also available, plus homemade oat muesli.
Orders are taken for tea or coffee, as well as a substantial traditional English breakfast, vegetarian sausage is available.
Fresh fruit is always on offer.
