Very comfortable accommodation with oak beams, log fire…..and central heating. Beautiful surroundings and garden. Just one and a half miles out of town in the heart of the countryside. Ample private off-road parking. Cyclists welcomed - lock up garage available for bicycles and equipment. Walkers welcome - Dollynwydd is only a quarter of a mile from the Wye Valley walk.

Great base for walking or sightseeing in the area. Visit the reservoirs at Elan Valley, the Brecon Beacons, Hay-on-Wye bookshops and spend time in Builth Wells - cinema, theatre, heated swimming pool, sports centre, tennis courts, golf, fishing, excellent selection of shops, riverside walk. Dollynwydd is for non smokers only and is un-suitable for children under 16 years. 1½ miles from Royal Welsh Showground 1 mile from Builth Wells B4520 - 1st Left signed Tregare-Erwood, down lane 200 yards - house on left.
