| Janet welcomes you into her home and hopes you enjoy your stay. Denham Cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Warnham, on the edge of an internationally famous Deer Park. Conveniently located, Warnham is just 10 minutes away from Horsham Town centre with its fast train service to London, excellent road communications and only 20 mins from Gatwick Airport. The village has two excellent pubs, (one noted in the Good Pub Guide 2006), both within a very short walking distance. Accommodation Offering one double guest bedroom ensures that you will receive the very best in personal service and comfortable accommodation. The bedroom has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and equipped with television and hairdryer. The modern en-suite shower room has a selection of toiletries to pamper yourself.  There is an adjacent private lounge with a sofa, table, chairs and hospitality tray. There is also a television, fridge and for your added convenience, printer and Internet access via Broadband. Full English or Continental Breakfast is taken in the dining room using local produce whenever possible. Please note that Denham Cottage is exclusively non smoking. The accommodation is available after 4.30pm, unless by prior arrangement.  Airport Car Service We offer courtesy transport to and from Horsham Station and Gatwick Airport between 0800hrs and 2000hrs and the opportunity to leave your car at the house during your holiday at an extra cost of £5 per day. How to Find Us From London Via A24 signposted Worthing. After village of Kingsford, look for a right turn signposted Warnham. Continue through the village, past the green and the Sussex Oak Public House. Friday Street is the second right turn with Denham Cottage the second house on the left - drive straight in. Or alternatively: Via M23 signposted Gatwick/Brighton Leave M23 at Pease Pottage (Juction 7) to take A264 signposted Horsham. At junction with A24, follow sign to Dorking. After approx 150 metres take left turn (Bell Road) signposted Warnham. Turn left at 'T' junction (Church Street). Friday Street is the second right turn with Denham Cottage the second house on the left - drive straight in. We are unable to take Credit, Switch or Debit Cards. The deposit is non refundable for cancellations less than a week prior to reservation. For cancellations within 24 hours of date of reservation, full payment will be required. |
