| Recently converted from an old cart shed this accommodation incorporates the old qualities with Oak Beams and Natural Stone. Fully fitted kitchen and carpeted throughout. The heating is by electric night storage heating and they are cosy in winter and cool in summer. The Lodge has large doorways and has been designed for easy access for the less able. Conservatory has been recently added to The Stable offering an extra room with a view. No less than one third of Dorset is an area of outstanding natural beauty, which includes vitually all the coastline plus large tracts of the inland countryside. Dairy House Farm in the Blackmoor Vale is situated in just such countryside. There area spectacular views from Bulbarrow Hill, the second highest point in Dorset, within 2 miles walking distance. The farm covers 60 acres with three coarse lakes which stocks Carp, Rudd, Tench, Bream and many more silverfish. Nearby there is an ancient Oak woodland where you can spot Roe Derr, Hare and Rabbits. For your relaxation we have an indoor heated swimming pool with gym and sauna. Outside hot tub and out door children's play area. |
