| Situated just a stone's throw from the Historical city of Chester, The Curzon Hotel is ready and waiting to welcome you. This attractive, Victorian town house hotel has a Restaurant serving dinner every evening, Lounge bar and sixteen Guest rooms with private bathrooms, digital televisions with Freeview, direct dial telephones and complimentary beverage trays. Whether you wish to stay in a Chester hotel for pleasure or business, our family-run hotel can give you that extra level of comfort and service. All sixteen Guest Bedrooms are individual ranging from doubles, twins, large family rooms to, for that special occasion, two Four Poster Suites. One superior double room is located on the ground floor. All rooms are designated as non-smoking. There is plenty of private car parking at the rear of the hotel. The Curzon Hotel lends itself very plasantly to family groups or friends. We can offer favourable rates for parties of six rooms or more. We look forward to welcoming you. Our Sixteen Bedrooms.... As a traditional hotel in Chester, each of our bedrooms is individually decorated and of varying size. All rooms have the following facilities: •En-suite bathrooms •Complimentary Tea & Coffee making facilities •Flat screen TVs with Freeview & 6 with DVDs •Hairdryer •Desk or Dressing Table •Full length mirror •Direct dial telephones All bedrooms & public rooms are non-smoking. We do not accept pets except for Guide Dogs. The Guest bedrooms: 2 Four Poster Suites - really special rooms with personal touches ideal for that special occasion 2 Family Rooms with a Double & 2 Single Beds (one of these rooms has a King sized bed) 1 Single Room 4 Cosy Standard Double Rooms (perfectly formed!) 2 Superior Double Rooms Depending on how many guests are sleeping in them the following rooms are Superior Doubles, Superior Twins or Family Rooms: 1 Ground Floor Bedroom with a Double & Single Bed 4 Bedrooms with a Double & Single Bed (one of these rooms has a King sized bed) The Curzon Hotel is on three floors and the bedrooms are on the top two of them. Due to the age of the property we have not been able to install an elevator. Assistance with luggage will be on hand but it is advisable to mention if you would prefer a low floor. There is plenty of private parking to the rear of the hotel. We have one cot and one 'z-bed' which are free of charge plus baby listening facilities. Our Restaurant . . . As a traditional hotel in Chester, our Restaurant offers fine dining exclusively to hotel residents and their Guests. Michelle Barron, our Head Chef, creates a monthly changing `a la carte' menu using local ingredients. This year we have grown a lot of produce in our own garden. We are self sufficient in lettuce, radishes, runner beans, leeks, courgettes, cauliflowers and brussel sprouts. We have fruits in abundance, when in season, rhubarb,raspberries, blackcurrants, tayberries, apples and plums. Plus we have a fine selection of roses, Sweet William & Carnations in our garden which add the finishing touch to our Restaurant. |
