| WELCOME ..... Cumberland House is a friendly, family run, Victorian Guest House, built in 1907 and is just two miles from Gatwick Airport. We offer reasonably priced accommodation and pride ourselves in looking after all our guests on a personal basis. It is tastefully decorated to a high standard with all our rooms having en-suite facilities. Please note that this is a non-smoking guest house, but for those who wish to smoke, there is an area where they can enjoy a cigarette. |
| BREAKFASTS ..... Our breakfasts are served in our elegant breakfast room between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 am and we offer the choice of either Continental Breakfast or Full English Breakfast. Continental Breakfast includes cereal, yogurt, fruit juice, toast and jams. Full English Breakfast includes bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, fruit juice, toast and jam, tea/coffee. Gluten Free Breakfast the youngest member of our family, Gordon, is Coeliac, therefore we are experienced in cooking a Full English Breakfast which is Gluten Free. If our guests have an early departure in the morning and are unable to wait until 7:00 am for breakfast, we have facilities in the breakfast room to allow you to make your own continental breakfast. |
| BEDROOMS ..... Our ground floor bedroom is ideally suited for those who may find the stairs difficult. This room is suitable as Twin/Single accommodation and has both en-suite Bath and Shower Room. All of our first floor bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and in addition, two of the rooms have a bath & shower. All of our first floor bedrooms are adaptable to suit your individual accommodation needs, from Family, Triple, Double, Twin to Single occupancy. We include in our rooms, tea/coffee/hot chocolate trays, colour television, radio alarms, thermostatically controlled radiators and electric fans for the warmer weather. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request. |

M23 (Junction 7 off M25) Exit M23 at Junction 9 (Gatwick Airport) Travel past 1st roundabout (South Terminal) Turn right at the next roundabout (North Terminal) joining A23 following signs to Redhill (200 yards At next roundabout turn right still following A23 towards Redhill. The sign for Cumberland House is 400 yards along on the left. Turn first left after the sign into Church Road, then left again into the Cumberland House car park. |
