| This small privately run guest housewas originally built around 1830 by local architect Archibald Simpson who was responsible for building Aberdeen's famous Union. Street and of course the "B" listed Georgian terraced town houses where the Crown now stands. Established in 1945, very central location, convenient for bus, train and ferry terminal. |

| The guest house enjoys 9 bedrooms central heating throughout, coloured TV and hospitality trays in all rooms and other facilities when required. There are 2 standard rooms which share bath, shower and toilet. |
