Welcome to Crowberry
Crowberry can only be described as, friendly, unpretentious, a little eccentric and highly individual. Some might say it reflects the character of the Isle of Lewis.
Owned by Alasdair and Lisa Maclean - Crowberry is a four bedroom, intimate but perfectly formed guesthouse and is the perfect place for that much needed escape from the stresses of everyday life. It conjures up images of relaxation, peacefulness, seclusion, but not isolation. Crowberry is a flamboyant, sumptuous home from home, but with a little bit more.
As you arrive you will be charmed by the magical setting, on a quiet village road overlooking the beach and Broad Bay. You will be equally delighted by the warm welcome awaiting you within. At Crowberry it is our promise to impress and delight our visitors. We will move mountains to get you a table in that restaurant, tickets for that boat trip or entry to that gallery. RELAX. Have a late breakfast, arrange a late check out and let us take care of things.
For those of you who like the "fancy" things in life we can guarantee the local fresh produce, the divine Egyptian cotton sheets, the scrumptiously comfortable beds and serious showers will ensure your stay leaves nothing to be desired.

Sleep Well
All four en-suite bedrooms have flat screen TVs with freeview channels, DVD players, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, digital radio alarm clocks, free wireless broadband, complimentary tea, coffee and local shortbread. Each room is decorated differently and has its own special appeal. We have one super king room, two double rooms and one single room. Our ground floor room is designed to be accessible for those with mobility impairments. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms.
We provide a comfortable reading lounge where you can relax, read a book, play a game of chess or simply enjoy a nice cup of tea and some home baking. Our other lounge has Sky TV, Setanta, a DVD player, a Playstation 2 and an Nintendo Wii; on request, guests are welcome to relax in here also.
Spot On Room
Spot On is a single room, but we reckon it's a bit easy to fall out of a single bed so have put in a double for your comfort. You can sit at your desk and enjoy the views across Broad Bay to the lighthouse in the distance.
Terrific Room
Terrific is a double room with a garden view, with the Bay in the background. Terrific has a gentle yet stylish design and is the perfect room to relax, with your feet up after a hard day out exploring the island.
Country Chic Room
Country Chic is a double room with a garden view. It has a warm country house feel and once again is a great room to chill out in. You can take time to write your postcards, get on with some work or relax on the easy chair and get on with reading your book.
Glamour Room
Glamour is a decadent double or twin room with sea views. Glamour is perfect for a romantic getaway! The room has a seperate staircase from the other guest rooms and boasts the decorative style of a top class boutique hotel!
