Creagan House - dating from the seventeenth century, the original farmhouse has been sympathetically restored and upgraded to provide a Baronial Dining Hall and five charming bedrooms, one of which has a unique four poster bed. Furnished with many antiques, all rooms have en-suite facilities. There is a bedroom situated on the ground floor which is accessible by wheelchair. Tea and coffee making facilities, C/D alarm clocks and many thoughtful little extras are provided. We offer high standards of comfort and service while retaining the warmth of a family home. |
| Good food is the heart of Creagan - The Baronial Dining Room, with its grand fireplace, provides the perfect setting in which to enjoy a meal. We use all fresh produce, much of which is grown specifically for us in local small-holdings. In sole charge of the kitchen, Gordon creates variations on classical French cooking with strong Scottish overtones. Good food should always be complimented by good wine: we hope our extensive carefully chosen wine list provides something for all tastes.  Our dining room is ideal for special occasions and private dinner parties throughout the year. Birthday, Wedding, Conference, Family-get-Together or winter break. We are happy to reserve the entire hotel for your private party, providing there are a minimum of eight adults staying for dinner, bed and breakfast. Special rates and menus are available. |
| The Gunn Family - Having gained experience in a number of top-quality hotels, Gordon and Cherry realised their ambition to own their own restaurant when, in September 1986, they bought Creagan. Although older and a bit wiser, and proud to have won many awards, especially the much coveted red star and two rosettes from the AA. These are awarded for all round excellence and the cuisine, and have been retained for a fourth year. The greatest satisfaction however is seeing so many guests return as friends. |

The perfect place for a special occasion, whilst touring, or for a longer stay to explore the wealth of attractions and activities within easy reach. Walk to the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park from our grounds; close by bird and wildlife watching; Munros to climb, fishing, shooting, water sports, cycle track and many outstanding nine and eighteen hole golf courses.
