| From the outside Cranleigh looks like any other well kept Victorian semi in the quite suburban area just 1 1/2 miles from the city centre. Its not until you walk down the path and peer through the large Victorian glass doors that you know you have found the perfect place to stay. This is no ordinary house with no ordinary hosts - you will be offered a very ward welcome and personal care from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. As you are escorted to your room you will get your first real impression of how a Victorian middle class family lived - from the sweeping staircase, original fireplaces, large sash windows to chandeliers and cornices. But we have not stay in the past completely - you can also enjoy every modern comfort - luxurious en-suite bathrooms, TV's (some rooms with LCD screens) DVD players, broadband internet and our latest addition - our garden hot tub. (small extra charge applies). See below for more details. We are also licensed and have mini bars stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks - all at pub prices or less! Great for when you have had a hard day in the city and need to relax. |

Easy Access to the City and beyond  We have easy access to the city and beyond. From Cranleigh you can choose to walk, bus or drive into the city center. Walk - its just a mile to the Royal Crescent - one of the major landmarks in Bath. Bus - regular busses run nearby and there is a Park and Ride shuttle which offers non-stop return rides. Drive - just a mile down the road is Charlotte Street Car Park - a large long stay city centre car park with CCTV. |
Come and enjoy a session in our outdoor hot tub  Whatever the weather - rain, snow or sun - our hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a hard day in the City. The tub is located in the garden. -It is private and secluded - set with bushes and trees with just the birds to disturb you. When you book a session it is exclusively yours for 2 hours. Fantastic in the Winter - When the temperatures drops the water temperature is raised to around 38-40 degrees - so you'll never be cold even if it's below zero! You will be able to see the steam rise from the tub so just lay back and relax in the hot and bubbly water - we can guarantee you'll not be cold. The summer house is also heated so you have a comfortable place to change. Great for that Special Surprise - Its perfect for that special treat - especially during the evening when you are under the stars. We can create a tranquil atmosphere with twinkly lights and soft music. Why not order and bottle of Champaign to be on ice for when you arrive. Great fun all year round - Whether there is just the two of you or you are part of a small group you will find the hot bubbly water great fun! The tub can comfortably seat 5 adults. In warmer weather the temperature of the water in lowered and you can use the decking for sun bathing and relaxing. How to Book - The Hot Tub is available from 9am to 9pm. You book a time slot and the hot tub is exclusively yours for 2 hours. Bookings are limited and subject to availability so if you have a particular time in mind it is best to pre book before you arrive -especially at weekends.
