The apartments currently available include a 1 bedroom self contained apartment which can accommodate 2-3 people or a shared apartment which has 3 separate bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and free internet access. The apartment is on the first floor of a 3-storey building and can accommodate 1 to 6 people both apartments minimum reservation is for 3 nights.
A taxi rank is a 3-minute walk away. Many of Cardiff's best restaurants are close by, and also nearby are shops, cafes, bars and the cinema/theatre and entertainment at Chapter Arts.

3 Bedroom Shared Apartment
The open-plan shared kitchen has a washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils. The lounge area has leather seating, dining table and a digital TV. The bathroom contains a bath with shower. These facilities are shared with other guests at the apartment.
Single Room £35 per night, rate for 1 person
A single room with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Medium Double Room £40 per night, rate includes up to 2 people.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside drawers. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Large Double/Twin Room £50 per night, rate includes up to 2 people.
A large room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, Settee & TV. An extra single bed can be added to this room on request to make a twin or for an additional person at £15 per night. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.
All rooms cleaned & linen changed weekly & for all new guests.

1 Bedroom Self Contained Apartment
This new apartment has a double bedroom with 1 double bed. An additional bed can be arranged into the lounge for a 3rd person or 2 singles sharing. An additional 15 pounds per night will be added for the 3rd person. Please request the bed in advance if required.
Other features include; Open plan kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooking utensils, digital tv, internet. The new bathroom contains a walk in shower. Bedroom has a wardrobe & bedside cabinet.
White cotton bedding & towels also provided.
