Colson House combines excellent service and superb value for money with a uniquely themed small hotel in Brighton, East Sussex, dedicated to screen icons of the 20th Century. The result is an unforgettable option for your accommodation, and one you will hopefully remember long after you leave.

A Grade 2 listed regency building, Colson House is centrally located to everything Brighton is famous for: The Royal Pavilion, the seafront and the pier are literally minutes away. The Conference Centre is a short stroll along the seafront. You can be shopping in The Lanes within five minutes. And as you will be situated in Kemp Town, you are close to cosy pubs, top class restaurants, coffee shops, the trendy bars of Brighton's famous gay village, and great shopping opportunities.

Mark & Eamon, the owners, will do all they can to ensure that you get the most from your stay, whether you are on business, attending a conference, on a weekend leisure break, or just looking for a night's B&B.

*Bedrooms….* All of the guest house bedrooms are individually decorated, and each is dedicated to an icon of the golden era of movies. All bedrooms are en-suite, non-smoking, and have remote control colour TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some of the bedrooms:
	Clark Gable Room (Luxury Four Poster Room en-suite) For a romantic weekend, a honeymoon, or to show someone you care, choose our most luxurious guest room. It has a fabulous King Sized Four Poster Bed and a large bathroom, to ensure that your other half knows that, frankly my dear, you give a damn. En suite WC/Shower room. On the first floor

	Bette Davis Room (Superior Double en-suite with Private Balcony) Looking for something special? This is a great room for an indulgent stay in Brighton. Decorated in cream and rich red, it is one of our largest guest rooms. After breakfast, sit out on your own balcony, watching the world go by. Don't ask for the moon, you have the stars. On the first floor

	Humphrey Bogart Room: (Standard Double en-suite)At the rear of the building, so relatively quiet. 4' 6" wide double bed. En suite WC/Shower room. On the second floor.
*Rates...* Prices for our guest rooms vary from £35 to £45 for our single, and £55 to £75 for a Double or Twin bed room, and the rate for our Luxury Rooms is £85. All rates are per room per night. Single Occupancy rates for Double Twin and Luxury Rooms are available on request, based on availability and length of stay. Weekend bookings must be a minimum of two nights, Bank Holidays a minimum of three nights, and there may be other minimum periods for conferences. Our Single Room must be booked for a minimum two nights at all times. The rates include Full English Breakfast.
Terms and Conditions... We will require a valid debit/credit card number to confirm your booking.Note that we will not debit any card until your arrival, unless you cancelyour booking. In the case of amendment or cancellation by you, the followingfees will be charged to the card: Up to 7 days before arrival date: £25 administration charge Up to 2 days before arrival date One night's stay The day of, or day before, arrival date Full amount of booked stay (Note that we reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods (e.g Conferences). You will be advised of any variations upon booking. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any amendment/ cancellation charges. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay for the entire stay. Cardtransactions will attract a surcharge to cover our bank costs. Payments bycash or cheque will not attract any additional charge. Please note we are a non smoking establishment.
