| College House Farm is an attractive Grade II Listed, Jacobean country house dating back to the 1600's. Set in four acres of mature gardens with paddocks and stabling facilities for horses, it is also home to ducks, chickens, geese and doves. In the 17th Century the Fison family lived here and in the 1920's it was owned by Gonville and Caius College Cambridge as a working farm. We pride ourselves in the service we offer to our visitors. |


| Bed and Breakfast Accommodation is for six people, all bedrooms are spacious and centrally heated, including one en suite. All have tea/coffee making facilities radio and colour television. A full English breakfast is included. Evening meals are available at The Royal George village pub 150 yards down the road. |


| Cottages Two comfortable self catering cottages, one suitable for disabled visitors are also available. Terms upon request. Tiffany Cottage Comprising 1 large sitting room containing 2 divan beds and 1 double sofa bed with sprung mattress, TV, radio, patio doors leading to garden. Fitted shower room with power shower. Fitted kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker and fridge. Tariff £200.00 per week all inclusive of linen and heating. Wheelchair access. Cheveley Cottage Comprising 1 large sitting room containing 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV, patio doors leading to garden. Fitted shower room with power shower. Fitted kitchen with built in electric hob and microwave. Tariff £180.00 per week inclusive of Linen and heating. No smoking and sorry no pets. |

| Conference Facilities A 28' drawing room and a separate dining room are also available, suitable for business meetings/seminars. A 'get away' venue. Ample parking. Conference support facilities. Local country pursuits include Fornham Park Golf Club open to visitors, sports centre, museum and theatre in Bury St Edmunds. Residential or daily tariff upon request. |


| Situation College House Farm is situated in a rural village, and yet within easy reach of the market town of Bury St Edmunds, eleven miles away. The racing town of Newmarket, the University City of Cambridge, Thetford Forest and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are readily accessible. London is only 1 hour and 15 minutes by train from a number of mainline stations. Harwich is the nearest port to the continent, and Stansted the nearest airport. |

| How to find us A14 to Bury St Edmunds Central turn, then follow Diss Road A143 to Stanton approx 11 miles. Left onto B1111 to Garboldisham and Barningham. In village first crossroads turn left at village store and Post Office. Immediately left again into Bardwell Road. We are 150 yards on the right with gravelled drive. |
