Cobbles is a delightful listed 14th century house, with a wealth of character and old-world charm, close to the centre of mediaeval Clare. Our oak-beamed dining room provides the perfect setting for you to enjoy your traditional English breakfast made with local produce, with Mark the butcher's country chipolatas and delicious Suffolk black bacon - cured in beer and molasses, Julie the baker's fresh bread, and our own home-made marmalade. If you are a vegetarian or would like something different, please let us know when you book.
In the pretty walled garden enjoyed by our guests, we have a charming, detached en-suite Garden Cottage, with the advantage of its own access down the side of the house so you have the independence to come and go as you wish. Excellent pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance. |

Arrival and Departure
Arrival times are by arrangement. We ask guests to vacate their room by 10.00am on the morning departure.
Breakfast
Our scrumptious breakfast is served in the house between 7am and 9am. Let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements, or if there is anything special that we can get you.
Bed WITHOUT Breakfast - ONLY at the time of booking
We will make a reduction of £10 for a single room, and £15 for a double or twin room per night.
