| Conference Facilities The Carre Arms Hotel and Conference Centre offers some of the best facilities in the area. We pride ourselves on our excellent food and service. We are small enough to care yet large enough to cope. Our food is freshly prepared by our Chef, using fresh local produce wherever possible.  There are two rooms available for use either for conferencing or less formal meetings: The Courtyard Suite (which has recently gained a Civic Trust Award) is available for 25-120 people(lay out dependent) The Mareham Room up to 40 people (lay out dependent)  There are two well-appointed bars, which also serve speciality teas and coffees and two restaurants in which to dine. (If you prefer a working lunch we could serve it to you in your conference room) Also available for a break or even a break- out room is our Glass covered Courtyard. We have two day-delegate rates, these rates are inclusive of all equipment* and afford a 10% discount for those wishing to stay overnight. Alternatively the rooms may be hired on room only basis i.e. a day rate, half day rate or evening rate.We have ample parking both to front and rear of building. Easy access to public transport (only a minutes walk to Sleaford railway station.) We are central to Grantham, Boston, Lincoln and Newark, which makes it an ideal location.We appreciate that all conferences/meetings have individual requirements which we will endeavour to accommodate. |
| Weddings Our Wedding Services will make your day go smoothly, let us take care of the detail. Fore more details about our wedding facilities and the choice of menus.  The Carre Arms has three areas for wedding functions. The Mareham Room, The Courtyard Suite and The Courtyard Conservatory. The Mareham Room is used for small wedding groups, whereas the Courtyard Suite is for the larger weddings parties. The Courtyard Conservatory is another option. Our staff will ensure that your wedding day is perfect.  In the event of inclement weather, the use of our glass covered conservatory is of great value to your photographer. It allows your wedding photographs to be taken in natural light, indoors. No wind, no rain, no fuss.
