Our house is one of the finest of the many Victorian Villas erected in that era and still retains much of its period charm. Carra Beag is a family home where Helen and Brian welcome guests and travellers.We pride ourselves in offering guests excellent value, clean & comfortable rooms, first rate service in a completely non-smoking environment. We are centrally located and enjoy a commanding position just above the main street of the town. Guests can relax in the sun on one of our south facing terraces, admire the uninterrupted panoramic views or stroll through our award winning garden directly onto the towns main street.We have a safe secure private car park for motorists, and can arrange pick ups for those travelling by public transport. |
| Bedrooms The rooms and public areas at Carra Beag reflect the charm of the Victorian era in which the house was built. We have made every effort to retain many of the original features.The rooms at Carra beag have been individually designed and decorated in a way sympathetic to the history of the building.

| The lounge room with its panoramic view is a lovely place to relax at any time of the year. In the summer the sun streams in through the bay window. On cooler evenings we light the coal fire to warm and cheer our guests. Breakfast made from local produce is cooked to order and served in the original dining room. |
