Welcome
Debbie & Barry welcome you to our Victorian guest house. We are situated in the historic city of Canterbury. The house was built in 1892 and still has many original features. We are a family run guest house and we are always on hand to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as it can be.
The house is located outside the city walls but only a direct ten minute level stroll into the town centre. There are numerous shops, pubs and restaurants within our direct locality, and of course you have the wealth of restaurants and public houses in the Canterbury city centre. There is ample parking situated behind the guest house, and secure parking for motorbikes if required.
We have been awarded a three star English tourism council rating which is inspected annually. We offer clean, comfortable and friendly accommodation so you won't be disappointed should you choose to stay with us.

Breakfast Room
A lovely way to start your day seated in our bright and cheerful breakfast room.
We offer a selection of breakfasts including full English, continental and vegetarian. If you have any special dietary needs please make them know when booking and we will endeavour to fulfill your request.
Everything is freshly cooked in the oven (nothing is fried) so you will have a guilt free healthy start to your day!
On the breakfast Menu: Fruit Juice, Fresh Fruit, Yoghurts, Cereal, Sausage, Bacon, Egg (Scrambled unless you request other), Hash Brown, Mushrooms, Beans and Toast. Also included are a selection of preserves.
