Welcome to our comfortable Georgian Farmhouse where you can relax in our conservatory or large garden.

Make yourself at home in either our ground floor twin en suite room complete with original Victorian bath and overlooking the large walled garden or our first floor double en suite with shower room and with countryside views. Both rooms have hospitality trays with a selection of beverages and biscuits, colour TV, easy chairs, hairdryers and local area tourist information leaflets.

Excellent breakfasts in our traditional dining room with good choice of hot and cold dishes served at separate tables. Special diets catered for.

There are good eating places in the area serving evening meals.

We are an ideal base A1(M) 15 minutes, quite rural and peaceful yet within easy reach of all local places of interest.

Leave A1 (M) at Junction 63 for Stanley on A693. At Stanley roundabout bear left and follow sign for Consett. Go straight over next roundabout and traffic lights. After 0.5 miles turn right - signposted Harperley. Go a few yards and follow second right turn for Harperley. Follow country road down to cross roads. Go straight over cross roads and up hill. Farm 0.5 mile up road on right hand side. Entrance just pass ivy covered garden wall.
